[Request] Regex filter support for ItemCount condition

I would prefer Regex filter support for the Quester, in general. For example, I want to put gems in the shared bank, using Gemfood_*, but can't, 'cos the functions don't support it.

If you're going to do this Jarod, go all out and make blanket filter support for all the Quester functions. :)

Also generic option Run <count> times will be helpfully too. For example I wold like to sell in Auction 5 slots per day.

BankItemTransfer already support regex, like any property which open ItemFilter window.
